January 26, 2009 Dear Customer – A problem has come to our attention regarding our initial DVD manufacturing run of “Lola Erase Una Vez”. As you may be aware, our telenovela DVDs are normally condensed from the series as it originally aired in order to reduce the total number of hours. This is necessary because a telenovela will often run more than 100 hours over the span of its broadcast. Due to a technical problem, an incomplete version of “Lola Érase Una Vez” has been released on DVD. After Chapter 1 of the DVD, the remainder of the set contains full episodes as they aired (only Episodes 2 through 15 of the long-running series) instead of progressing through the condensed version that spans the length of the show’s broadcast as was intended for the DVD release. If you have purchased the incomplete version, and wish to obtain a replacement, please mail your Proof-of-Purchase (the UPC code, which is found on the back of your DVD set) to: Lola Erase Una Vez Be sure to include your full address and phone number. We will send you a replacement to arrive within 2 weeks of our receipt of the Proof-of-Purchase. For your trouble, we will also include a bonus DVD title from our catalog along with the replacement (while supplies last). We deeply regret any inconvenience that this may have caused.
